Refund & Returns Policy
Welcome to Kids Nest Hub! We want every kid—and grown-up!—to be thrilled with their new playthings. If something isn’t quite right, this policy explains how refunds, returns, and exchanges work when you shop with us in the United States.
1. Easy-Peasy 30-Day Return Window
You may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 calendar days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Holiday Extension: Orders placed between Nov 1–Dec 25 can be returned until Jan 31 of the following year.
2. How to Start a Return

Log in to your account and visit My Orders → Start a Return, or email us at contact@kidsnesthub.com with your order number.

Select Refund or Exchange and tell us why you’re returning.

We’ll email you a pre-paid UPS return label (continental U.S. customers) or instructions (AK, HI, APO/FPO).

Pack it safely—use the original shipping box if possible. Affix the label and drop it at any UPS location.
3. Refunds

We process refunds within 5 business days after your package scans as “Delivered” to our returns center.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or card issuer 3-10 additional days to post the credit.

If you used a gift card, we’ll re-issue a digital gift card for that amount.

Shipping fees are refundable only when the return is due to our error (defect, wrong item, etc.).
4. Exchanges
Prefer a replacement? Choose Exchange during the online return setup, and we’ll ship your new item as soon as we receive the original (or immediately for defective items). Standard shipping on exchanges is free.
5. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item
Snap a quick photo of the issue and attach it to your return request. We’ll fast-track a replacement or full refund—including original shipping—at no cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items

Downloadable software or e-gift cards

Assembled ride-ons or outdoor structures once built

Items marked “Final Sale” (unless defective)
7. Gift Returns
Got a gift that’s not a hit? Initiate a gift return from our Gift Returns page. We’ll issue store credit for the value of the item without notifying the giver.
8. Return Shipping from Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories
We’ll still provide a label, but you’ll pay the carrier’s discounted rate up front. If the return is due to our error, we’ll reimburse the shipping cost.
9. International Orders
At this time we only ship within the United States. International returns are not applicable.
