Welcome to Kids Nest Hub! We’re committed to getting your kids’ favorite toys from our warehouse to your doorstep quickly, safely, and affordably. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship within the United States.


1. Shipping Zones

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., APO/FPO military addresses, and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands).

4. Order Tracking

Once your package leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link that updates in real time. You can also log into My Account → Orders to view status anytime.


5. Split Shipments

To get toys to you faster, we may ship items from multiple warehouses. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers at no extra cost.


6. Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Stalled Packages: If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, contact us—we’ll open a carrier investigation and, if necessary, send a free replacement.

  • Damaged Items: Snap a photo of the external box and the toy, then email support@[yourstore].com within 7 days of delivery for a prepaid return label or immediate replacement.


7. Undeliverable Packages & Address Corrections

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded (less shipping) or reshipped for an additional fee. Need a correction? Email us within 30 minutes of ordering—our fulfillment team moves fast!


8. Holiday & Peak-Season Notes

During November 15 – December 24, carriers may experience delays beyond our control. We recommend ordering at least 7 business days before the desired delivery date or selecting Expedited/Express service for guaranteed arrival.


9. Environmental Commitment

We pack toys in 100 % recyclable cardboard and use water-activated paper tape and air pillows made from post-consumer materials. Small steps, big impact for the next generation.
